Big Landscapes, Small Architecture – Herron
Big Landscapes, Small Architecture is to be a gallery that opens in 2010 that features the work of Wes Janz and the onesmallproject effort. Being held in Terre Haute at the Sheldon Swope museum, we had to find out the experience of a Terre Haute audience by visiting Terre Haute ourselves and understanding what the city is like.
To this end, I had to research the city, museum, and the founder of the museum. With other team members doing work like finding audience profiles, we were able to collaborate on some final concepts that would be usable for next year’s exhibition team to explore and build for this show.
Wes Janz received a concept map from each one of us in regards to BLSA and with this he can understand the directions in which he can go and how his knowledge and resources connect to these ideas.
